Voter Information – How to Check?

CHECK VOTER INFORMATION

Election commission of India offers online voter registration for Indian citizens who have attained the age of 18 on the qualifying date (1st of January of the year of revision of electoral roll). Citizen, can enroll himself/herself as General Voter and fill Form 6 online at National Voters’ Service Portal and can check Voter information also. Registered voters should also check their Voter information and  enrollment status

Eligibility to enroll as a Voter:

You can enroll as a Voter if you:

1. are an Indian citizen.

2. have attained the age of 18 years on the qualifying date i.e. 1st of January of the year of revision of electoral roll.

3. are ordinarily resident of the part/polling area of the constituency where you want to be enrolled.

4. are not disqualified to be enrolled as an elector.

Document Required to check Voter Information:

1.  Voter id

or

1. Name of the Applicant

2. Father Name

3. Date of Birth

4. State

5. District

6. Assembly Constitution

Step by Step Procedure :

Step 1: Visit the Official Website of Voter Information Website. It looks like this

Step 2: Enter your EPIC Number (i.e., Voter id Number) . Enter your State. Click on the Submit Button

Step 3: If Voter Id number is not known, Enter the Details and Click Submit

Step 4: Click on the View details button to know more details

Step 5: Now you can check Voter Information including part number, serial number and polling station information
